Maintenance of the Magnets and Accessories
Removing the magnets:
It’s a good idea to remove the magnets, especially before washing your vehicle.
If you travel through areas like deserts or near metal extraction plants, clean the magnets more frequently to prevent metal debris and sand from accumulating between the magnets and the vehicle body.
Handling loose screws:
If a screw on a plastic part becomes loose, you can tighten it. However, avoid over-tightening as it
is still plastic. Instead, use a drop of Loctite to secure the screw in place.
Dealing with broken plastic parts:
If a plastic part breaks, please email us at info@tacticvans.com with the following details:
A clear picture of the broken part
Your order number / if you changed your address please also write it in the first email.
A description of the issue (if needed)
We will send you a replacement part free of charge if it is under warranty.
If the warranty (one year) has expired, we will provide the replacement for a nominal fee covering the actual costs of production, packing, and shipping.
Our goal is not to profit from replacement parts.
